- I am a 22 year old student and raw vegan who adores yoga! I love community, laughter and sharing my love for raw foods. After suffering from numerous food allergies and being sick, tired, filled with inflammation and arthritis, as well as digestive problems I turned to raw foods. This was my last resort...or so I thought-raw food is spectacular-delicious-fresh and vibrant. The people I've met and the things I've done are amazing. No pain, no inflammation and no digestive problems-just delicious food and many more years feeling great!!!
